Textures not working
« on: 2019-04-11 17:10:35 »
Hey, have a problem here. Textures not working (New here, didn't know where to post this. I supose it's related to Aali's Driver)

First of all, here's the data:
APP.LOG : https://drive.google.com/open?id=1NIbJnNYF_HaqWEBjH6m1UgWc_pWBUlGD
FF7_GC: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1svomYvhAZ9ab0qQ9owpXbzkzQnnyqB03
ff7_opengl.cfg: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1lI9k5lqKokL44eRw2PMNI-l9yGBOeZLF

Secondly, the Settings:
- Screenshots of FF7 Configuration, Aali Driver, Folder Location and Mods Used
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1mHc0BHnb4oX8-kDuSl-HusD5rrj_lju3

- Screenshots of the Registry:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-0x8tDUrbZzXYNvk6C1Gd4_kJURDIqqq

Finally, the 7H Checklist:
-Acquired and installed 1998 Version (There's nothing in Program Files)
-Took the FF7DISC1 and the FF7_Converter_7H
[Get's stuck at Patching... ] So took the Version 0.10 of the Converter. Worked perfectly and created all required folders.

The detail is that Textures appeared in the main folder, not in the mod folder.

-Downloaded 7th H. and did everything as in the Images.
-Updated opengl.cfg
Also noticed in 7th Heaven Workshop that OpenGL Driver Config never saves (I always use admin mode). Texture memory and Music plugin always gets erased.

So, results are that everything works like clockwork except textures in general (field, battle, worldmap, magic effects).
I've been trying consistently for about 5 days now. Also reinstalled several times and tried also with the Steam Version. I've also read a ton of related posts, but it's not enough to fix this. All I know is that APP.LOG shows some errors, but they seem to be more related to music than textures.

I've been as speciffic as I could. Let's see If we can fix this. Thanks in advance, even if you don't reply.

Exo2904, please refrain from using the report button for anything other than rule infractions. Reporting your own post because you want an answer faster (it hasn't even been four hours yet) is against the forum rules. ~Covarr

Covarr, could you move Exo's post to the 7thHeaven child forum?

Exo, those logs don't look anything like the most recent versions.  Please read http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=15520.0 and begin anew, with fresh downloads of the game converter.  When the game converter asks, make sure to choose the "Overwrite" option.  Take note that the converter handles everything for you with respect to setting up a basic aali configuration, the rest you should handle through the 7H workshop menu item.
