you didn't actually needed to delete the model (ripped or not) I think your free to use it, you're just not allowed to give links to that model in here, its against forum rules. you can discuss it outside this forum through mail or something..

Are you in a different universe or something?
Model from another game = ripped
fact.
Dude it doesnt have to  be ripped, it can just be modeled after it.

Reverse that.
You can't directly use model (aka ripping) that has been officially worked by square-enix or whichever company.
Ripping models = nono
Making models based on the game = aok
Making a model that copies it bit by bit =nono

Petty arguing called it. Again this thread can be locked. The models of seph and red can installed using bootleg or umi. Better safe then sorry. To be distributed a model and texture has to made from scratch. If you start with the model and edit it its still ripped. I think models are just like isos. You have to make the copy yourself. If yuffies model is legit then he/she should have everything to prove it is and can go to a mod and ask to release it. Anyway stop the arguing. Yuffie has the chance to prove the model is legit. if yuffie can prove it release if not oh well.

Simple pm a moderator. Explain. If they arent sure they can match it up to the cc model. But if it ends up being ripped youre the one at fault that looks like a jack***

Seeing as how I'm infinitely interested in models from other games, PM it to me.  I'll check it out and clear your name for you.

I'm not really sure about this, but I think you need more than a screenshot to clear your name, screenshots can be  deceiving specially if the models well made, it'll look like its ripped, how about showing files used to work on this model like the UV's.. the experienced members here will know if its ripped from those..
