Title: Rules of forum and one question

Hello everyone, I'm new and I can register without problems, but many others look like send private messages to light in the forum will not let me make that requirement is needed to operate freely in the forum, and one last question , it takes a great requirements on my computer to make mods?, I have a computer AMD Sempron 2800+ w7 Ultimate 64, could handle well the tools of programming? .Thanks. :mrgreen:

Being able to send private messages requires a miniumum of 5 posts. As for the computer it will probably work ok. FF7 was created quite a long time ago. Welcome to the forum.

Post counts seem to be a little bit broken right now. I have no idea why, but if you reach five legitimate posts and still can't PM, let me know (I guess in this thread) and I can enable it for you manually.
