7H is an injection tool. It loads your activated mods into memory and releases them when the game closes. Files in the game folder are untouched.

You can download the mods from 7H and use the IRO creation tool to unpack them. Then install the mods manually and launch from the game folder. You have to know the file structure of the game very well to do this though.

Look in the Child Boards labeled "FF7 ______ Releases" Most releases are labeled well enough to know what they are modding.

Does this work with "The Reunion - Beacause and Menu Overhaul? if so what order?  I am testing right now and not getting the new game notice that explains clouds unique stuff but the menu is better. going to swap and see but wanted to put this out here

Also useing Remako 1.0 which just came out, not sure where those will fall too

Works with MO, but not Beacause.

Hi! I would love to try this New Threat mod but in conjunction with the FF7 HD Graphics Mod (also known as The Reunion http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=14914.0 )

Do you have any idea if they will work together, or will it crash? I would test it myself but I don't have the game on steam yet and I don't want to buy it in case it doesn't work, since
I'm only interested in playing the game if I can use the 2 mods together. It would be so sick if it worked!

That is not The Reunion mod. I assume you think it is because Trooper posted a comment in the video saying it was. Trooper is wrong.

1.55 had a major bug where the game crashes at the point you mentioned if any of the save slots were empty. The workarounds were to either fill all your save slots, or change to versions 1.54/1.56.

Remako is not officially added to the Catalog yet, so I can't give any input until I work on it myself. I'm working on the 3.0 Catalog release now, and all the new AI texture mods are next on my to-do list.

No 7th heaven version 1.56 has a pretty nasty and subtle bug i found out just yesterday and no one has seemingly talked about yet.
Every time you run the game the general settings add an extra direct and music to the extra folder list so every time a new one is added the load times become slower and slower bit by bit and the extra folder list looks something like

"direct music direct music direct music direct music direct music direct music direct music direct music"

This causes a unplayable amount of load time by the end, only fix i found for now is going to the settings before starting up the game and make sure there's only one direct and music in the extra folder list.

1.56 has 7RC releases, so it might depend on which one you use. I will eventually update the guide with my personal 7H build that doesn't have this issue. Hopefully I can get it done by the end of this week.

You should look into Kaldarasha's Dynamic Weapons mod. It has Mike's and Millenia weapons, plus some other Buster options, that fit his Cloud model. I always use the Dynamic Weapons mod when I'm playing, so I have no experience with these issues.

You fixed the white weapons, but if you load up Kaldarasha's option in the Battle Models - Characters, you'll see that the weapon hilts aren't being gripped and floating slightly off the hands.

It looks like the enemies mod is working for that Sweeper, but not the characters. Hmm, can you post shots of your Workshop Settings and a copy of your ff7_opengl.cfg, just to triple check.

That's the command prompt. Wherever you're attempting to run the GC, it can't open the command prompt to run the script.

Possibly due to Remako. I don't know for sure since I haven't looked at what's inside its .iro file yet. Deactivate it and see if the other battle mods from the catalog work.

Delete the extra set of direct and music in the Extra Folders section. It only needs to be input once.

What is with the Original Videos Path and Original Drive Letter showing H:\ in your FF7_GC.log?

Hopefully the momentum isn't killed yet, and we can continue to discuss our maaaaany thoughts on this beloved series. I'm just waiting until the series finale to chime in on my disappointments.

You need the HDMI cable connected while you run the GC so that it can recognize the sound device when FF7Config opens. Choose the device for the external display at that point.
