FF7 FMV's are auto skipping

Hey everyone. Having an issue getting my in game movies to play. I have them copied to the hd, and changed the registry path. But for some reason they just auto-skip. Any help is appreciated, thx!

DLPB:
make sure registry path ends with a \

C:\movies\

not C:\movies

KyubiNemesis:
It does. It's driving me crazy lol.

DLPB:
and you are using aalis driver yes?

KyubiNemesis:
I am. I have the plugin enabled as well.
