So, which cloud should I include - with, or without the sword? Or should I throw in both?

I, personally, would choose the one without the sword. But it's totally up to you.

You should definitely release it, I personally prefer cloud with the sword, but it's up to you, those shinra models also look very nice, how about releasing them to?

Yeah, I would release all of them. I think I also have some custom soldier models I made a while back for battle I could release too.

In my opinion you should put in both with and without the sword. That way people can choose. I love the models though!!! :D Definately gonna install them!
