SOLVED: Aali's - wrong mod files listing?
« on: 2011-05-07 20:22:50 »
Hello everyone.
Forgive me for a little confusing topic... let me explain.
When I load (in Biturn) battle scene in Cosmo Canyon - there are exactly 8 textures:
Code: [Select]
raac
raad
raae
raaf
raag
raah
raai
raaj

Ok, but when i start the game, and get into the battle near Cosmo, and then i check APP.LOG file, i have something like this:

Code: [Select]
INFO: tried to load G:\Games\Final Fantasy VII\/mods/lordex/battle/STAGE72_00.png
INFO: tried to load G:\Games\Final Fantasy VII\/mods/lordex/battle/STAGE72_00.png
INFO: tried to load G:\Games\Final Fantasy VII\/mods/lordex/battle/STAGE72_00.png
INFO: tried to load G:\Games\Final Fantasy VII\/mods/lordex/battle/STAGE72_00.png
INFO: tried to load G:\Games\Final Fantasy VII\/mods/lordex/battle/STAGE72_00.png
INFO: tried to load G:\Games\Final Fantasy VII\/mods/lordex/battle/STAGE72_00.png
INFO: tried to load G:\Games\Final Fantasy VII\/mods/lordex/battle/STAGE72_00.png
INFO: tried to load G:\Games\Final Fantasy VII\/mods/lordex/battle/STAGE72_00.png

So as You can see - instead of looking for eight different textures, Aali's is trying to load only one eight times. I tried to create eight different textures named from STAGE72_00.png to STAGE72_07.png, but only STAGE72_00.png is loaded ino the scene and stage is covered entirely by this only one, first .png file.

Any ideas why is this happening?
I'd appreciate for any help or hints.

Thanks in advance :)

Its happening because you are not using the latest version. Thats a known problem with 0.7.9b.
