FF7 AI modifications in the 2012 re-release

How can one easily alter the AI of enemies/bosses in the ff7 re-release?

Both the PC and PSX builds use the SCENE.BIN to manage enemies, which can be manipulated using Proud Clod.

I don't believe any SCENE.BIN data has been hardcoded into the re-release's executable.
