FF7 not starting up

Hi, I'm having an issue starting the game through 7th Heaven with the mods. Upon starting the game, I get a beep and then an error box saying something bad happened. Wrote crash.dmp to FF7 install dir. Then it says that ff7_bc stopped working.

I followed the steps in the tutorial, made sure things were in the right load order, and tried changing some of the graphics options to attempt to get it to work, but nothing seems to help. I'm using the Steam version and I tried moving the folders to C:Games instead of steamapps, but it still doesn't seem to help. I was wondering if anyone could help. I tried the fixes I could find in the forums, but they didn't seem to work.

The APP and crash files are below. Windows debugger is having trouble reading the crash file. I don't know if there is any specific way to read it.

Post the load order using 7th heaven function.
Did you test the game before installing 7th heaven?
Does standard ff7.exe work?  Using the bc.exe you need the bc mod enabled and configured, right?
Tried unchecking postprocessing?

Have you changes any the iro  files you use? I modified my own mods and if anything was wrong I got that error too. Try starting the game normally with no mods, if that works try one mod at a time and use elimination to find the problem

Loading ff7.exe works, but I get red error messages about movies that can't be opened. Once I choose new game, I can hear game sounds of the train scene, but no video or music plays. The text boxes even pop up.
The bc mod is enabled and I tried unchecking the post processing, but they do nothing.

Unless 7th Heaven changes them. I haven't manually changed them. I can try it with the no mods.

If you're using the Beacause mod, then you must launch in 7H with ff7_bc.exe. That's clearly written in the guide.

The crash.dmp is worthless. We need the Profile Details (button in bottom right of 7H), and a screenshot of Workshop -> Settings will also help.

7th Heaven is set up to run from ff7_bc.exe. I was just following what that other guy said and ran ff7.exe.
Running the bc file from explorer gives me the same issue.
