Some catalog mods don't work on 7th heaven

As title says... i'm using 1.5.6.0 version, installed correctly and nothing changes if i activate these mods

Battle Models - Weapons 2.1
Battle Models - Character 2.1
Field Models - Objects 2.1
Field Models - Main Characters 2.2
Field Models - Non-Player Characters 2.34

I've then tried ChaOS mod (putting it at the very bottom of the list to not affect them) and various others from the catalog in the correct order and those work, any idea?

OS: Windows 7
Game Version: 1.0.9

Nevermind, i found the problem.

ff7_opengl.cfg

direct_mode = on (was OFF before)

Have you hit the 'configure' button on each so 7H knows what to do with them?  They've all got sub-options that tell the mod who should be modified in what way.

Sure. Anyway i switched directly to ChaOS 1.7 because of Resized Models option which is essential imho, else the character will look like action figures.
