I don't know, but just make sure you've extracted the Rar file, (you proberbly have) and make sure that the Char.Igp is in the right place.

i think i have it in the right place does it only work when you have full install because I've got custom install.

You have problem with the fmw not the file. Maybe the starting movie is damaged
