Some new items mod?

I want to know if there is some mod that add new items and equip to the game.
I use the Steam Version, hope there is some mod like that available for it.

I prefer a mod that doesnt change the difficult :/

I can't think of one that doesn't adjust it in some way, honestly. If you're interested, there are tools available that could probably do this.

Use WallMarket to alter items/weapons/actions the way you like. It has limited model changing ability though.
