I wish Jusete could still publish the fields here, like he did that for years! Idk what you're talking about with "strangers". I'm a moderator and been here for 10 years, after all.

Anyway as Jusete explained himself a couple posts up, he is very busy IRL currently and only models in his limited free time. And what little time he is around, he's around on Discord because it's instant communication and gratification for his limited time.

You can express your dislike for it, but cursing and being rude about it is the wrong way to go about it. Jusete can do it any way he wants.

Either way, if he posts them here or in the discord, I put them in the pack and put it in the 7H catalog for everyone to download on 0day (even automatically if you turn on auto-updates).

Lord Urquan also maintains a torrent of all the fields and keeps it up to date as well (https://bonez.7thheaven.rocks/FF7_HD_Fields_20221021a.torrent) but it really is pretty much exclusively updated on the discord lol.

I just said it few posts above. I'm more active in discord because is the faster way to communicate and post pictures. I'll post the updates here as well but only the finished fields. As bonez said, everything is updated in 7th heaven catalog as soon as I release a new field. Sorry if sounds rude, but is not my problem if you don't like discord or other forums. This is the way I can do it and I'll do it.

that's what i was saying qhimm come second and dying... ok basically to have the new fields you absolutely have to use the 7th heaven updates -.- not too useful for people who don't use it like a french canadian like me or for people who prefer to download and install mods separately rather than using a tool.

I don't use the FF7 Heaven Tool either. I just use it to unpack the iro files

As long as I live I will also offer the downloads as PNG Files like I did from the beginning for people like us.

What? No. How selective is your all's comprehension? Are you just ignoring anything that doesn't support your agenda? As has been stated several times (though not all at once in list form like this), there are several ways to get these fields:

-Jusete posts the finished fields here. Admittedly not always as quickly as other options.
-Jusete posts the finished fields as well as progress updates/conversation on the discord more regularly.
-The fields are uploaded to the 7H catalog.
-The fields are available via torrent.

Like, aside from mailing out flash drives to your physical address via the postal service, I don't know what else you want from one dude who does this for free in his free time. He doesn't owe it to you to do what you want and in the way you want it done. You have options. If you're just only willing to use option 1, then that is on you.

hello I found 2 scene made by jmp but which was not cut for the games. I don't know if it's because it's they considered unfinished or if shampignon didn't have time to cut them. I put them when even here maybe someone will cut them out, it would be a shame if they fell into oblivion ^^ I also know that he had redone mds7_w1 on ff7.fr but that is was considered not finished and I can't find the image.

I can't find "Qhimm's subscription link located in the miscellaneous category". I did manage to find an old 7th Heaven catalog entry from 2020 with a link to a version of Project Edge, but it's only 153 MB, while the Mega.nz link is over 600 MB.
Is the original post wrong? Or is there merely another link to the current IRO that I just can't find?

7th Heaven comes with the catalog subscription already built in. Project Edge is in it.

thanks for sharing the links bonez. i use different fields mixed together, so typically i need to install Jusete one by one in a separate file as they release and doing it this way is easier than installing from the catalog. you said they are being released on the discord? would that be the Tsuna discord? because i dont see a Project Edge category there. is there another discord i can find?

Hi Jusete, just a quick validation.

When you're modelling and ultimately rendering, do you solely use an orthographic camera?

Yes, I understand the field camera positions, walkmesh and other entities are overlaid with a perspective camera (which I know and have implemented in https://github.com/dangarfield/ff7-fenrir), but I'm mainly interested in whether ALL of the fields are orthographically rendered or whether there are any that seem to have a distinct level of perspective to them.
