Pretty much, it's up to you.
The only worries you should have are that square could contact you like the angry people they are, but I am 99% sure they wouldn't do that for one song!
And even if they did all you have to do is delete the post.

Ah, until I saw that post I thought this was a new thread that became popular very quickly! ^^
By the way, well done.

When I troubleshoot Windows Live Messenger, It says it is because of improper proxy settings so I click repair.
It then comes up with a message saying:

My conclusion is that Internet explorer is one with WLM

129
When I go into Firefox it says it cannot open the web page because the proxy settings are wrong. So I go into options and choose "no proxy"
It then works fine but I have to do th every time I go onto the computer. This is my first question, how can I make the "no proxy" setting permanent?
Now secondly, I can't figure out how to change the proxy settings in Internet explorer. Sure, I use Firefox so why would I worry about Internet Explorer? Well aloot of program depend on Internet Explorer to run, such as MSN. So I can't use MSN, and that is a BIG problem, cause I have a lot of important contacts I need to talk to.
One last thing, can someone explain what a proxy setting actually does? I'm not too sure.

Please I REALLY need help on this!
Thanks in advance.

Troubleshooting / Re: FFT PSP SLOWDOWN

My PSP is dead at the mo' so I can't check but.
IF it is a PS1 game on PSP, press home while playing and somewhere is something about disc speed. Change that to fast or something.
If you have custom firmware you should be able to go into that funky mode thing when you pres the on button then immediately hold down R. some people it' L.
Then in that menu, there should be something about read speed, change that to the fastest. When my PSP is more... Alive, I will tell you exactly what menu's to go in if your still stuck.

Oh

I reread your post and you specifically mentioned you checked for Sticky Keys.

However the message that shift was repeatedly pressed and the dddddddddddddddddd would be indicative of Windows Accessiblity options.

Have you tried not only turning those options off but disabling them altogether ?

In Vista : Control Panel : Ease of Access Center : Make the keyboard easier to use : set up sticky keys : uncheck "turn on sticky keys when shift is pressed 5 times"

In XP : Its under Accessibility Options in the control panel.  Forgot the specifics but you can disable the shortcut just as in Vista.  I'd turn disable all 3 accessibility options shortcut if I were you.

Yep, I've disabled all of them. I even tried enabling all of them, I also tried a mixture of the two. =/
By the way, my shift key hasn't been stuck for a while now so that's good. But I still have the problem with the keys keeping on going.

Pretty much what you have to do is install a thing called Custom Firmware. You can find this at http://www.dark-alex.org/
Before you do this you must downgrade it to the lowest possible firmware using one of dark-alex's downgraders. Then install custom firmware on it.
There is a small chance it can brick, meaning it turns on but there is nothing on screen. In other words, it's only use is a brick. If this happens you need a Pandora's Battery. This can also do the whole firmware process for you, but people only really buy this if they have a slim PSP's as you can't downgrade a slim without it.
Get a memory stick that is 512mb because you need that to downgrade. Other sizes either can't do it or have major problems.
I prefer slims as they are alot nicer, and they have video output and what not, but modding it was hell.
That was mostly my fault for not asking though.

Thank you for answering my question. But I got another question to ask you all. I know Godo is opened for audition, but why do you need Godo to speak Japanese also if FF7 you all dubbing voices on is in English?

Cause I think I can voice him. I think I can audition for him.

Because Wutai is supposed to be Asiany.

In this day and age it might be wise not to give out such information.
I am wary of anyone asking for information like this.
The only people who need this type of information are those coordinating the project and to an extent those involved in the work in sick people, you need to guard your identity just like your life.

Keep in mind some people aren't as altruistic in there endeavors, as can be witnessed by the daily tally of world events.  Not saying be paranoid but be careful.

Wait, what. What is someone going to do with a username.

First off, welcome to the forums. :-)
Secondly, if you'll look in the bottom right hand corner of each post you make, you'll notice there is a little "Logged".

That's your IP address being logged, so I'm sure if anyone smart enough wanted to, they could easily hack the forums, get each IP address, corresponding to each username, and track through the details given in registration (which I assume are stored).

Not saying it's happening or anything, just an idea of what could happen, if any people did want to find out identies.  Keep in mind, in this day and age, there are untold ways of getting peoples details through the smallest of means.

So if this IS true then it doesn't matter if you post someones username cause there will be no logged button everytime you post a username.

What? If that where the case then this should be an Anonymous forum, cause we are giving out our username everytime we post. You cannot find out somebodies identity just by their username as usernames are generally fiction and have no connection to the members actual identity.

I do, I like to keep myself informed. Or maybe I'm just sad?

Then people can tell you flaws, bugs and places to improve on.
Also it would be fun!  :-D

General Discussion / No gaming skill needed trick on FFX
« on: 2008-08-09 19:10:45 »
Hey, by accident I found a trick you can do on FFX.
Some of you may use this and some of you may think it's cheating.
In Besaid, teach Tidus Cheer and Haste.
Now, on the first boat to Kilika, when you fight Sin there will be a never ending line of 3 sinspawn. Rearrange your team to Tidus, Wakka, and Kimahri. Have Tidus cast haste on everyone and then keep using cheer until Wakka and Kimahri are doing at least 200, Kimahri should be able to do about 300 and Wakka should be doing about 230 for this to work nicely, now keep attacking the Sinspawn. They should die in one hit. When Sin sends out three more sinspawn, your team should all attack before the sinspawn. Now because you kill them in one hit they will never get a chance hit. Meaning you can attack forever. Hopefully if you cheered enough, at least one of your characters should be overkilling, mine was Tidus. Each Sinspawn gives about 20 gil and 2 AP I think. That's about one fight in Kilika.

Now heres the part you may not want to do, if you have turbo on your controller, turbo the X button [O for International] and hold it down with an elastic band or balance the edge of your  Playstation on it. You can leave this for hours now, but keep checking just in case somethings gone wrong in battle or the thing holding the button down has come off.

I'm currently doing this well and it's working nicely!
Enjoy your money and levelling up.

P.S. If anyone has anymore tricks please share them!

No, nothing is turned on but sometimes my shft key just doesn't turn off.
Anyway it's doing it alot less now, but when it's working there seems to be a kind of key toggle. When i press d for example it stays on.
This is my main priority.
