Which version is best? Remastered with mods or Original PC with mods?

Which version is best? Remastered with mods or Original PC with mods?

Time for a new playthrough. Price is not a factor.

In short, 2013 is better for nearly everything except graphical mods atm. but we are slowly starting to have all graphical enhanced in 2013 version.

PC/steam is the best right now. It has all the mods completed.

Remastered is stuck on the background image mod since someone decided to lock it behind paywall.

I would want to play on PS1 emulator with upscaler like duckstation but the pc version especially remastered characters are too good to miss.
