FFVII Menu - Avatars and Backdrops Not Working

Hi there. I set up the load order per the site's instructions, and most everything seems to be working except for the avatars and backdrops. I'm not sure at this point what I am doing wrong, as I don't think any mods are conflicting with it?

I have reached this issue before as well.  I think it has to do with the bootleg version since most of those worked when you used it.  The original files are loaded as .tex but when you try to that with them they are blank so we need to figure a way to make it work with the original.
