7H 2.0 Unknown error when launching the game

Hi there, the previous 7H has been working but after updating to v2, I am getting this error

Code 5 fix / High DPI fix set to false - deleting flags if exist ...

Unknown error when launching the game: Value cannot be null.

It only happen when I have mod activated, without mods, it runs just fine even through 7H 2.0. Any idea? Thanks

Settings > General Settings and check if your paths are okay.

Double checked, all is ok.

Anything else that I can check?

Since it does not copy the easyhook, I manually copy that replacing the one I have in the game installed directory and now I got this

Failed to inject after max amount of tries (7) ...
user chose not to set compatibility fix. Aborting ...
I tried enabling the code 5 and with or without DPI, the game won't even launch but resolution did change to 640*480

Something on your system is blocking the injection process, usually some security setting or software like DEP or antivirus.

I will Post a problem I am having here as it is similar to one OP is having, it seems that Satsuki_Yatoshi speed hack mod is getting flagged up as a virus by certain AV software. Getting flagged by Windows Defender and AVG any to fix this please.

The response will always be the same. These are false positives so you must disable your AV/security software or settings or whitelist the programs. You can submit the files to the vendor so they can add them to their global whitelist. There's also an updated version of the speed hack I just put in the catalog last night which may or may not still trigger the false positive but you can try.
