Hi, new to modding, I'm getting this error when I try to download Tsunamods

I'm trying to download some mods and all of a sudden my pc crashed as I was downloading Tsunamod's Field Texture in the Browse Catalog. I'm now getting this error message if I try to download the mod again:

Error Downloading [Tsunamods] Satsuki SYW V5 Menu Fonts and Textures - The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel

I don't know what to do, and I know it had something to do with the crash.

I had to update 7th heaven to v2.3.1.0 before I could download those Tsunamods. If you are on 2.3.1.0 then I am not sure.
