Error Starting FF7 (Code 15)

So, I'm not exactly sure what went wrong. Have you guys seen this before?

Also, if it helps - it started doing this AFTER I installed the game converter. Did I install everything in the wrong order perhaps?

Did you manually set the *.exe file to "run as administrator"?
