I think we can all agree the in-game maps that are provided by the Remaster are absolute trash.
I've seen videos on YouTube where people have this really gorgeous transparent high quality HD map as they play but I can't for the life of me find it anywhere. I'm cool with making one myself, but when I use the zzz extractor tool, it seems like I'm not getting every possible file from it as many of the awesome texture mods here seem to add folders or files that didn't exist from my extracted contents folders.
Was hoping to be able to just find the map texture in the extracted files and replace it myself, but I can't find the original nor anyone who's done a mod for it to see what files they use.
Please can anyone help me figure this out? It's the last thing I want modded before I sink in to a playthrough. This default map is so bad lol. Thanks!
