Can I ask for an option to turn off MSAA completely in the next release? I get visual glitches with it like strange lines on geometry and transparency (no matter the game or the driver version), so I prefer to use Reshade's SMAA. Right now the launcher only drops it to 2x, it gives you no option to disable it.

This is the best UI overhaul I've seen, great job. I hope there will be a Reunion-compatible version someday, as it really hurts to have to choose not to use this when playing with that mod.

Can the direct folder version of Ninostyle models work with this? I noticed there is a "direct" folder within the separate folder for the mod, but nothing happened when I copied the files into it.

What do you mean by proper analog support?

Analog movement is broken in FF8 and FF9 (FF7 never supported it because it was released before the PS joypad with analog sticks). It doesn't support sensitivity (so you can walk without needing a dedicated button) and only allows 8 directions as if it was a D-Pad. I believe the Moguri mod fixes it in FF9, but no such mod exists for FF8.

Did you manage to implement proper analog support? Also, is it possible to use Tonberry with this driver (I think it wasn't last time I checked)?

EDIT: Never mind, the answer is no to both. I got hopeful when XInput support was mentioned.

This sounds exciting. I'll be looking forward to texture replacing support for FFVIII. This doesn't look like it has the world map quality reducing bug, so it would be a much better alternative to native Steam with Tonberry.

Fantastic work, as always. Can't wait to revisit this game with your mods.

Maki, I tried sending you an e-mail but you haven't responded. Is there any other way I can contact you directly?

Thank you very much for this mod, looks fantastic. The only problem is the damn bug with the Steam version of FF8 where the world map significantly reduces in quality if you bring up the menu (and you're obviously going to be doing that often while you're playing). Is there a fix for this issue somewhere in these forums? I already applied the UV fix, but it's unrelated.
