7th Heaven / Displaying enemy abilities in another language?

Hi, just got 7th heaven and installed a bunch of mods for the first time, not sure what you need to see to help me out.

But yeah, enemy abilities are in french or italian or something while the rest of the game is in english and i dunno what to do about it. for clarification i;d rather the enemy abilities be in english.
