Title: 7h Catalog Doesn't Work

Despite being new to modding, I followed all the steps for installing 7h (up to step 5).

For some bizarre reason, when I click "Update Catalog", it does absolutely nothing.
And without that, I can't refresh the catalog to search for mods.

Followed the instructions to a T. And the program refuses to co-operate.

What do I do? So close to giving up with it.

1.  Make sure the link is correct, and in the right place
2.  Give it a couple of days... I'm seeing posts about the free hosting quota being over limit, so this could be a knock-on effect of that
