5.24 update on first page:
-Updated FFNx for some minor ingame optimisations.
-Added help for special shortcut (speedhack, random battle...).
-Added an option to get better shadows under models in battle.
-Added an option to hide mouth from 3d model to get them like in psx version.
-Corrected a bug if the steam's ff7 account is not created properly by steam..

You can now disable the Advanced Texture Animations if you get some slowdown in your play

Is it possible for a Switch port? I think some people have previously ported the Remako version awhile back.

I too would be interested in this. Is it possible to generate the files on PC, then transfer them to layeredfs on the switch, or is it more involved than that?

I have a bug to report.  I just installed the latest version from Steam and update version 5.24.  The game is set to English, yet in the overworld, the text is in French.  See screenshot in link below.
Is there a setting that I have to configure?  Thanks in advance!

When starting up a new game now, there's only an option to start a new game.

I don't know what I did wrong but I messed up my ENTIRE install I think (and 7th Heaven).

I tried following the instructions for 7th Heaven but didn't see any part for FFNx, so I assumed I didn't have that game driver.  Found Tsuna's YT tutorial on installing FFNx and followed his instructions. 

Now when I open 7th Heaven I still don't see the FFNx options in the general settings and the game launches all messed up unless I deactivate all mods. 

FML, what am I doing wrong?

It seems that the bugs with xbox (and some others) cotroller is generated by steam's overlay feature, i'll add a button to auto-disable it, for ff7 only, in the next update

Install NT mod then my pack, should be enought.
Don't use modern 3d models from my pack, NT mod have modded some models and using third party model can breack some parts.

Just use a fresh lastest version from scratch.
If you get midi audio it's probably because no audio mod is used
if you got 7h bugs, please use the 7h forum instead ^^

I'm using V5.21 downloaded on the 21st February.

In both the above-mentioned folders there are no savexx.ff7 files. I see that there's a crash report in the user folder the moment it happened.

Hi. Been using this mod and its amazing, but today I couldn't open the unmodded version (I open it for the achievements), so, I thought I should report it. :D

EDIT: I also have a bug when going to the wonder square (first visit to the golden saucer), i'd post a picture but i don't know how lol

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, I can confirm that toggling "Modern 3D Models" is the cause of the issue.  This can be easily verified via the menu as in the linked screenshots:

Hey Satsuki it wouldn't let me import the IRO file for 6.30 30 fps movies in English to 7th heaven, I fixed this by renaming the file to "FMV". I'm guessing 7th heaven has a file name limit size or something. Just wanted to let you know.

Hey Satsuki, first of all I would like to say that your mod is amazing, thank you so much for putting in lots of work to create something spectacular for everyone in the Final Fantasy VII community!!! :)
Secondly, there is one small issue I've found when using your mod with 7th Heaven. The thing is that right in the beginning when Barret says "If you push the Directional button while puching the [CANCEL] button to run.", after that the FMV plays, and Cloud goes to the next section, and if I go back to the previous section again, Cloud's character model gets all glitched as shown in the image link below!!! Also worth noting, I'm using the latest 7th Heaven v2.3.0.34 version and have the FFnx Canary version driver updated to the latest version as well!!! I have also enabled "Animated Textures" in the Game Driver Settings. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that if I head back and forth between these two sections 3 times, Cloud's character model doesn't glitch up after this!!!
