Game loads into a black screen

Hello everyone,
I just started playing FF7 with mods after completing the remake over the weekend.
However, 8 hours into the game, my game loads into a black screen. Any help will be appreciated.
EDIT: Heres the mods that i am currently running https://imgur.com/tlmogek
I did get an error code from 7th heaven, but i only got it once by Alt+F4 from the black screen. I cannot seem to replicate it. :

I am sure i can find a save file out there, but i want to see if theres something that can be done before I try that.

I'm assuming your log got cut off (please post such large amounts of text on pastebin or link somewhere next time), but there's nothing interesting in there that shows what the issue could be. Did you change your audio device settings in Game Launcher? Make sure it is on Auto-Switch (Windows Default) as the black screens on load can sometimes be a symptom of the sound device being set incorrectly. Also think about what changed/what was added during the time it worked to when you started receiving the error. Also since it might be driver related, post your app.log from your ff7 folder.
