this is what i did to get it to work. Cause the message wouldn't go away even after 24hs.  (different from when i normally download things, i just hit download normally)

Used cloud convert selected output format zip, hit the "wrench" icon typed in the password TOOLS hit save and pressed start converting. Got it to dl and everything this way! Not sure if this is what you are supposed to do normally but it worked for me.

Got the files!!! works perfectly fine

i got these all to work except for the hp one still sitting at 9999 not to sure whats up or if there is some other method.

In Steam version, you have to do three additional things:
1. Copy files battle.fl, battle.fi & battle.fs from FINAL FANTASY VIII\Data\lang-en\ to the folder above: FINAL FANTASY VIII\Data\
2. Do everything what's in hardcore's readme.
3. Copy files again to FINAL FANTASY VIII\Data\lang-en\ (overwrite).
This is a message straight from colly himself about getting this to work with ff8 steam. Though I have been unlucky as with a fresh install and only using this method get an error preventing from the game starting. Can't remember the error but will make an update when I attempt this again which will be soon.

This does work for steam. Tested and confirmed

The download is saying quota exceeded just fyi. Not sure if there is something to bypass it or what. But before the quota exceed thing  i was attempting to download this maybe 2-3 times and the page, after i hit download, would just stay white and nothing came up. Not sure if i am going about this wrong or what.
