Hey the game gets a little finicky with the settings.  So like my laptop is usually connected to my tv.  To run it without using it I'll need to reapply the converter as it is still set to the tv.  Weird I know but it happened to me.

That actually looks a little more realistic I highly doubt the reactor would be that lit considering how bad and far the lighting is to the actual ground level in certain parts.

Also Yarlson he did say what you said basically and apparently you proved his point that it is not for everyone.  Also incase people didn't read it all the way he said it himself.

Not sure how many people still look at this thread so just a quick update here to show that it is not dead.  Just fixed the battle model for Cloud replacing Barret no longer should you see run fire and noise and he attacks appropriately.  Need to make some corrections to the text and sizing which I thought I fixed.  Will update the first post when I decide to release the changes so hang tight.

I am working on making a new version of Yuffie for the Sephiroth mod.  It will be a new character with a different yet familiar back story.  I would like for this one to be able to use different weapons and models.  How hard would it be to assign weapons to different models?

Doesn't matter never put anything in the 64 it will not work.  As stated you still need to use the 32 one as it is still the main system thing being used.

I also got another suggestion not sure how hard it could be and also if anyone like to invest the time.  One thing is could it be possible to get a grouping/sorting thing going?  So like each mod with known battle files will be sorted together and also if it had menu items changed it fall under that or however else they are labeled.  I think it would be awesome to have like a drop down thing so it looks neat and easier on the eyes.  Also you could like maybe assign a mod a number so it'll be quicker and easier.

Even if you run a 64bit things should still install in the 32 as they did not take the time to switch over.  Original it was suppose to be replaced but there are two many things installed in there to get rid of it.  Though this may depend on your build but mine is Asus with windows 10 and it runs things fine so far aside from Ochu.

I really do not see grounds for a cease and desist.  The main reason to issue one is if they make money or if the source company is planning to make one and distribute it.  Last I checked they aren't planning on making a 2d side scroller and the remake will take players from this game when it is released so there will be no loss of profit.

Hey bro no worries i'm sure more often then not many have started out that way.  I know I did and some stuff that people taught me stuck and I can make some decent stuff.  So editing is very easy compared to others especially if someone made a tool.

So much stuff to go over.  It would be nice for a great guide or video guide or both to make it easier for guys like me.  Like I said before I am a complete newbie with understanding hex to make it work for a text file to make the changes I want to show up.  I just like to add a support for the limits for the Sephiroth mod.  If one of you don't mind could you make one please and pm me?

Is there a way to make a tool for Exe editing like with libre?  Basically could one be made for other aspects of editing text and other parties data like Vincent and Caith Sith since they use the exe.  I really only ask slash request as I am bad with hex editing and was hoping it could be done to also implement into the iro as sharing exe is pretty dodgy but I don't see a way to do it any other way that works.

The Bizarro Sephiroth is a good place to start as he was made to do what you want to do.  You may just need some tweaking here and there.

Make sure run as admin is on.  Sometimes it is not automatic.  Select the icon then right click it.  Go to properties and compatibility and select run as admin.

I believe it could a compatibility issue with the either the head set or the emulator itself.  You may need to check to see if there is an update for either one.  Though since this is new I kind of doubt it.  Though you may just need to see if there is an update regardless and it may fix it anyway.

Update coming soon in the near future.

This will tie all my works together rather then clutter the forums with tons of topics.  I will making a save at the end and be able to mop up things.  I aim to make this work much like Mass Effect.  I will make a version without my Sephiroth mod but will be included in it as well. For my boss refight on board the Highwind I'll also make two versions.  Why do this you ask?  Well the answer is very simple.  To be able to apply them to other mods and tweak when necessary if they so please.  I will bundle the boss generator and end game mop-up in 7th Heaven so you can extract it.  I still fully plan to make the prequel version of the Sephiroth mod and the expansion.

FYI this can be considered necro posting as this is considered dead.  Usually they like you to make a new topic.  I have one out that changes the story as well and that one is pretty complete.  I am not currently making changes as I am playing a game with my friends but i'll be back on it as soon as the event thing is done.  The mod uses the 7th Heaven build.

I think it is a little finicky with naming and such.  Most of the time just keep it by it self.  So basically try using field, battle and such without the data part.
