As for TTK_86 if you're still hanging on the forums which I highly doubt, I suggest you to take a look at others hardcore mod (with a scene.bin edited) , cause simply double HP and MP isn't the solution.

but there are only 3 textured file of the original Cloud's model, so i replaced them all by the texture which was created by the bitmap, did i do smt wrong 

I think all the steps were correct. BUT, there is only one texture file you need to swap with the one you used as a material in 3DS Max. It's the same texture file used for all the parts of the char.

anyway, can you show me an example of your progress

*edit: i found that i didnt edit .rsd file so it caused the problem, i've just done it and now it works, thank for your help

The biggest problem is when people are obviously capable of writing good English and repeatedly choose to throw grammar/spelling out the window.

That's why I broke my nerve on Squeeble's post, intentionnally, maybe I was wrong about if he deliberately write in an unintelligable way or not. Anyways, let's close this stupid debate once and for all.

There are worse spelling and grammar examples to be found around the board without picking on someone who has slightly different sentence formation than your own.

Er, others to be found either use babelfish, or are NON-native English speakers, Squeeble however IS an English Native speaker.
And it's not for fun I used to learned my English lessons at school for more than 6 years, to find someone who deliberately write in an uninteligible way. It's not like he is mental or what, it's just he doesn't care to write in a correct way. That IS a lack of respect for others who read you, and don't forcefully understand .

Well if you don't care about typing in correct English (Not average Australian or Britain Slang or else) synthax/grammar, then DO NOT post.
Especially if the thread creator offended you by saying "you'll llove it" or whatever.

This way non-native English speakers may  understand the whole thread . If you type in an average Australian , even Average English is understand-able, but Australian .... 

It's as if Quebec speakers were to post in their average dialect on French boards.... WTF.

It should be explained in my thread too ....

Use LGPtools, and right clic on a character's pic (use preview to make sure who's who, as their names are messed up) and select "replace" then take your own with correct size ...

well see my thread :

Instructions:
Unpack the archive with AlZip/WinZip/WinRar .
Open your Menu_us.lgp with LGPTools, and simply right click on any of the characters names (see below) in menu-us.LGP to Replace them (with right click) with the appropriates included in this archive. No need to convert these BMP 8bit to tex, LGPTools handle this alone.

Advantage: You can choose wich one you want (from me or Wuz) , if you want to keep the originals you also can. Or take some portraits made by Wuz and me and let some originals too ... YOU decide what to do . In fact i first made an auto install but there was errors...

menu_us.lgp names from left to right: (.tex)
cloud, barre, tifa, earith, red, ketc, cido, bins, yufi, pcefi, pcloud, choco.

Explanation: Take a fresh scrennshot in jpg format, open it with a picture editor, crop 84*96 pixels, and paste this part in a white 128*128pixels picture.
EDIT: The 84*96 pixels must be in top left corner if i remember right
Save in jpg.
Open with PhotoShop, save for web, Gif 256 colors.
Open the new gif with PC, save as, BMP, 8 Bits.

Now you have a new file 8 bits, with no loss.

This explanation should also be in Wuz 's thread.
