Thats what I get for trying to fix z-sort issues the easy way. With fancy_transparency off it will not do that.

Yes, but fancy_transparency is one of the best feature... Can't turn it off, so please make a fix or a regression, I don't think z-sort is one of biggest issue.

After upgrade the Aali's driver, the Knights of the Round summon rendering very slow and give me that error:

GLITCH: deferred draw queue overflow

This happening with or without high res texture.

My spec:
Windows 7 64bit
Nvidia 8800m GT
4Gb Ram
C2D 2Ghz

Final Fantasy VII ITA Reloaded 1.0

1) Installare il gioco dai cd originali
2) copiare la cartella "movies" da ogni CD, partendo dal primo ed arrivando all'ultimo sovrascrivendo di volta in volta i file uguali
3) Installare "Final Fantasy VII ITA Reloaded 1.0.exe" nella stessa cartella nella quale avete installato il gioco,rispondere sì nel caso l'installer trovasse file protetti da scrittura
4) Avviare il gioco con il CD nel drive dall'icona "Final Fantasy VII ITA Reloaded", dopo di che cliccare su "Run FFVII"

- Se necessario terminata l'installazione selezionare il drive contenete il disco di gioco dal link sul desktop "Final Fantasy VII CD Drive"
- Per configurare i parametri di gioco, quali risoluzione ecc..., selezionare le relative opzioni dal link sul desktop "Final Fantasy VII Settaggi"
- I salvataggi vengono creati nella cartella "Save" all'interno dell'installazione
- Per disinstallare il gioco utilizzare gli appositi un-installer

I don't think this is compatible with the french version (i haven't tested but i suspect the EXE is too different), i can look into making a french version of this at some point if you want me to (although it may be awhile until i get around to it),
I am currently working on making a Italian version of this (at "indrema"'s request) but there seems to be quite a few different things in the EXE (also my virus scanner keeps going crazy on the Italian EXE is detected as a virus on my scanner)

At first this post was going to be a rant about you not asking for permission to use my driver, then I noticed thats basically what you're doing :P

I have no reservations about this, seems like a nice little compilation.

Thank Aali, I haven't a good English and some misunderstanding is possible, what I want ATM is only present my "little compilation" to the community, and TNX for permission to use your fantastic driver.

Actually, he hasn't asked for permission to use the translation either, among other things. :roll:

I know, need permission to do something like that, that post is only for understand the situation and make the right move.
Today I have contact Duke of the SadNES translation team, if they gave me their permission I can ask to all other modders.

My work is look like titeguy3's Final Fantasy VII Remix, the only difference stay in the language and hope to don't have problem for redistribute mods already licensed to him.

Indrema. Are you making sure you have the proper permission from the modders before releasing the compilation you have?

The compilation will be release only if all modders give me the permission to do that, that's for sure.

No, the gap at the bottom of that screenshot, when Aali's new battle interface is turned on.

Unfortunately cant use that patch on my ffvii because is modded in Italian, try to apply some time ago but do not work...
I have made a second screen when is more visible the transparent effect on bars and text:


On topic: Awesome work my friend, I have to admit the transparent borders are very nice.

Final Fantasy VII ITA Reloaded 1.1.0

Hi guys, I've finished my compilation of mod for the SadNES Italian version of FFVII.
The project is called Final Fantasy VII ITA Reloaded. I've putted in a single installer a lot of community Mods.
To run the game you need a full installation from the original disk that has to be kept into the drive.
Enjoy!

PS: ff7.exe I've used is the Spanish one translated, some anti-virus recognize that like a Trojan, it's a false positive!

3) Set the properties option from "Final Fantasy VII Settaggi" desktop shortcut and run the game by clicking on "Final Fantasy VII ITA Reloaded" icon, need right game disk in drive

- Is possible change settings & the position of Final Fantasy VII disks before play
- The saved game are in "Save" Directory inside the game folder
- For unistall the game use rispective uninstalle and delete installation folder

Is possible apply the bilinear filter on 2D filed graphic? ATM I have notice that filter work only, but very well, on initial 2D graphic (like buster img) and texture. IMO an implementation on background image can really improve the graphic.

Why the linear_filter don't work on in-game 2D field?
I've notice that work very well on start 2D background, but when play the effect is apply only on 3D models.

The add-ons do not work for me .... In the APP file, there are many errors of textures ...

Can I see? I can probably fix this...

On my installation your patch replace the two lgp files whit only the new models, so the game crash.
For fix is needed to manually open the original ones and add the new one from your patch.
