7th Heaven / Mods not running.

So I got everything running. Managed to get mods downloaded. I have activated them and placed them in the suggested load order, but it seem like a few of them are not running. Cloud has a new model for the field but main characters like Barret do not. Also I can't change Cloud's character model despite the change taking place on the mod configuration.
