hello, I would like to buy a gt 1030 but I do not really know its, what brand is the best? pny, msi, gigabyte, asus, zotac etc i want something reliable. I don't want to change  every years etc.

A lower-end card such as 1030 should be generally reliable no matter which brand you get, but maybe don't get Gigabyte (https://kotaku.com/exploding-pc-power-supplies-are-unsellable-1847453948).
