It's probably off the screen. Right mouse button on it in the taskbar, click Move, then tap your arrow keys (up/left) to move it back into place.

As for Sapphire, the only way it can be fixed is if M4v0r fixes it and re-compiles... I haven't seen him around in ages though, so...

It is possible to graduate from high school early as long as you have enough math/english/"social science" etc. credits.

Anyways, I work for the US Air Force as a civilian food service worker (WG-03). It's just my summer job betwixt my high school grades, and it currently fetches me $10.50 an hour. Pretty good, but I can only have the job for 9 weeks before I go back to school...

Methinks that is a very interesting thread...

If you'll notice, about halfway down, VINCENTVAL makes a direct comment to but2002, and Jari makes several connections between Butbut, ALPHA_WOLF1, and VINCENTVAL...

Ok, sorry, won't post anymore in this thread lest it's relavent, just thought I'd point out that amazing coincidence.

Actually it is entry #2/3.

Of course "BUT" won't get you but2002 results; "but" is one of the most commonly used subordinating conjunctions in the English language and is probably used 100+ times a week on these forums.

Most libraries and cafes (Starbucks) have free internet for public use, and it's pretty fast as well -- given you live in the US.

Don't mooch off of your neighbors, that slows them down and costs money...

I wish that I could go kick George W  Bush's ass! :x

Granted, but you also have to kick your own political hero as well.

Hmm, well I'll be going to college next year, any suggestions? I'm thinking about going to MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) or USAFA. I got a 32 on the ACT (35 on the math section :-D), but if I retake, I'm pretty sure I can get higher. Where are you guys going (future or currently [or in the past])?

109
Oh yeah! How could I forget? Thanks for reminding me threesixty...

-Resident Evil 5 (Wii, I think)

Edit: Check out these PS3 video from E3: http://www.xfm.net/posts/48

I found most of them rather dull and dissapointing for the price ($499 :-o - and that's the cheap one!)
The FF7 technical demo was pretty cool although you guys have probably already seen it.

I think I'm going to get a Wii just because Nintendo seems to be the only company that puts thought into their products instead of serving up a bunch violent/sexual slop like the others as L. Spiro said in a different thread. Who knows though, PS3 could turn out amazing although it would have to be pretty d*** amazing for 600 bucks.

"Super Smash Bros. Dojo" came from the official Nintendo website (www.nintendo.com) linking to here: http://www.smashbros.com/

 - WarioWare: Smooth Moves (Wii)
 - Yoshi's Island 2 (DS)
 - Spore

also

 - Super Smash Bros. Dojo (Wii) -- Not sure if that was at E3, but I want it.

(You'd probably like to use the 1.5.0 version of the Java API instead of the 1.4.2 version.  :-P)

Oh nice, never noticed they updated :lol:

Dinosaur fossils = bible was wrong 0.o

Why is that? Genesis states that God "prepared the earth" for us in 6 days. Perhaps he simply created dinosaurs so we could later have oil?

You know, I saw a pink, three legged, one eyed, Boing-Boing Squirrel yesterday. Can you prove that such thing does not exist?

No I can not, however, since you are an eyewitness, you can prove that it exists and I can  go on faith. According to the bible, the definition of faith is:

Quote from: An ancient prophet
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the sign that the things not seen are true.

That must've been one heck of a sight  :).

And as I was just discussing with my boss the night before, religion is by far the worst, stupidest thing man-kind has ever invented.

That statement invigorates many questions.

Perhaps mankind was not the original "inventor"?
What if God really does exist and earth is simply a "test" of our faith?
Can you prove that God doesn't exist?
If God does exist, and you die, what would you think?

Believe what you want, I suppose the only way this debate will end is when we die and we'll all learn the truth: Either we cease to exist and lose consiousness forever or we continue to exist in consience, simply without our bodies.

That is by far the most offensive movie I have ever seen. In fact I am shocked and appalled. Shocked. And appalled.

...Eh, actually it wasn't too bad. Even though I believe in creationism I still found it funny. More of a slideshow then a movie.

Sorry if I am a bother, but what *free* programs and sites are there for changing your themes? WindowBlinds seems to be fairly nice although isn't free; I could buy it however if push comes to shove.

Q: What *preferably free* applications and sites do you guys use for your XP visual themes?

Forgive my noobishness, but I don't quite understand #2. I understand it has something to do with short-circuit evaluation, but...

Code: [Select]

int I = 0, J = 0;

if ( I++ == 1 && I++ == 2)
J = 1;

Spoiler: show

Why doesn't that work?

Would it have to be:

if (I++ == 1 & I++ == 2)
J = 1;

That's actually quite interesting. Night vision is awesome. One time at a coast guard base I got to try a pair of NV goggles on. It intensified the moonlight so much it was as though it was broad day light (with the only colors being green white and black)
