Troubleshooting / VGMSSTREAM turns off other mods?

Good day fellow modders! So I've been modding ff7 for a couple days now and after some trial and error I got almost everything working right except for 2 things:
1) VGMSTREAM for music seems to turn off all of my other mods I have no clue why Sounds does not do this
2) Qhimms MEDIA Mod doesn't seem to work at all. Tsunamod for these work fine but I like keeping everything Qhimm.
Please if anyone has Discord or wants to post here I appreciate any attempts to help! Thank you!
