The GAME (let's be clear: 7H is only a mod manager and game launcher) only has partial controller support.

its funny i never understood why this was changed considering on PS1 you ONLY had the D-Pad

I've also started getting the same error and i'm not using any antivirus, this has to be some recent Windows 10 update, has anyone managed to allow this hack to run?

works fine for me ive never gotten that error from speed hack only issues ive had with speed hack is what ive posted previously but even that isnt that serious... hope you can figure it out

something i did notice when lowering the speed you have to press twice for each change the first press freezes everything second press sets the next value only does it when lowering speed

in 7th heaven under Settings > Game launcher there are settings to both change your keybinds for in game as well as set your Volumes for in game once you set them there everytime you run FF7 it will have those settings. If you want to make a custom keybind layout you can set it in game then in the same section Settings > game launcher you can save your custom layout from the game so that 7th heaven recognizes it and loads that everytime

no but you can make your own subscription that we can add to our catalog subscriton list then all you have to do is upload the new file edit the paste bin and 7th heaven should recognize the update and download the new one someone correct me if im wrong but that is how i believe the catalog subscriptions work

in 7th heaven go to settings then game launcher. in the top left Options group at the bottom youll see a drop down menu where you can change your keyboard config juust select one of the no numpad options and you should be good to go

change the save name to saveXX XX being a number from 00 to 09 each referring to a save slot 00 = save slot one 09 = save slot 10

no problem at all i use that preset in most games. I originally made this to help clear up some fog in Sekiro and brighten the colors but later found it worked in most other games as well

this is a known issue right now, really no way to avoid it atm aside from not using high res mods (and who really wants to do that? lol).Iim sure theyll be a fix eventually but it ill take time as its a very small team working on it. In the mean time i would suggest using the Save Anywhere tweak under the gameplay mod and save often that way if it does crash you dont lose much

Thanks, but I mean, while using this 7th heaven 2.O , I can´t use my controller, I can´t configure it.

In my steam version works properly, but not in this case , so I don´t know whats happening.

you can try using a controller re-mapper like AntiMicro to re map the controller to the keyboard buttons and try it that way

Thanks for the answers. It's a shame we can't choose the version we want to install. I've tried renaming the files but it just creates new errors and the game won't launch the normal way either. I've never used the Game Converter, maybe I should give it a try...

i would run the game converter and try that make sure you do it on a fresh install of FF7 since you already attempted to change the files but most people with your issue have reported that running the converter worked for them

is it possible to have to mod show you what setting you have it like a small text in the corner something similar to the Borderless FF7 Mod that says what its set to in the top left corner? i always forget where iu have it set and can never get it back to 2x lol

I installed the game from Steam so no Standard or Max install, I have the french version of the game and my file is named fflevel.gp and not flevel.gp so there is that. Don't know what to do, any insight ?

looks like you may be using a non-English version of the game and enfortunately 7H 2.0 only works with the english version However you should be able to tun the old game converter first then try using 7th heaven again and should be ok
