Game not launching

Hi today I was trying to play FF7 off of 7th Heaven. But, I was getting an error message every time I would launch it. The game was running fine just yesterday. I didn't mess with anything from yesterday and today. Here's the message that shows up when I try launching the game.

If anyone has a fix or knows what's wrong. Please let me know. It would be very much appreciated.

Just to add a little side note I'm on windows 10. I have a GTX 1660 Ti and a ryzen 5 5600x.

Mods I am using are:

60/30 fps Gameplay

I have them in that specific order, as well. I am not sure if that could be an issue. Because I have not changed anything since i started playing. Again I hope someone has a fix. I would love to complete this game.

Hi, I found the issue, it was [Tsunamods] Finishing Touches in combination with IFRIT - FF7 Interface Tweaks and [Tsunamods] Enhanced Stock UI. These mods touch a lot of the same stuff it would seem. So I just uninstalled Finishing Touches and reinstalling 7thHeaven seemed to help. Hope anyone having similar issues finds this fix.

The reason for this error is because Finishing Touch requires 7h 2.9+
