What is it, exactly, that you want to make not transparent?

You'll want to find the textures and change the CLUT on them. I think either the first or last color is always considered transparent and just removing the alpha from the rest 'should' make them not semitransparent. That's just a guess. I've never tried it.

I assume that it is in the script for the magic effect. The normal average shader, which you can set in kimera, doesn't work in battle (not as it does on filed). It makes a textures semi transparent but doesn't work on vertex colors. So that's why my assumption is that it is handled somewhere else.

You can try to use Aali's previous driver v0.8b, it has a different solution for the average shader but it also produces some bugs. Personally I wish he would he would implement it again and let us fix the textures which don't work by hand, because the effects do look much better with it and we could use textures with different alpha values.
