[HELP]Enemy file missing
« on: 2012-06-17 08:46:57 »
i have aali driver + hi res avalanche + ac complete by kula wende.
and im having this error msge since battle on boat from junon : could not open file enemy098.T09
and the battle cannot continue when im facing the soldier guard. the game keep running but after i give command to the character it doesnt do anything, so i have to Alt+F4 to load d game again, and avoid random battle on the boat.

the error msge still pop up when i have random battle on Corel Area (world map) but  im still able to finish d battle against grangalan (egg like monster). and im only meet grangalan in this area. no other monsters.

how can i fix this? where's the file located?

*sorry for my bad english

My  guess is it's a problem with the AC mod.   If you must use it, I'd suggest picking only the models you want and installing them yourself.

which file is it? battle.lgp?
i thought AC mod only character and vehicle mod, not the monster.

I am planning to extract the lgp file than overwrite the broken file using the original one. the problem is I dont know which one.

new error msge : enemy105.T09

I'm having the same problem, with the same mods... Any solution?

EDIT: fixed by editing the files and replacing the Shinra Soldiers models with the originals.

that horribad AC mod touches a lot of files, not just the models
I'd stay away from it entirely
if you really want the models, install the mod on a clean set of lgps, open them, take out the installed files, open your 'real' lgps, put them in and save
and delete those lgps touched by the ACmod
