Troubleshooting / ff7 new materias & items

Does anyone know how to create new items and materias for ff7? Im trying to make those using wallmarket but Im just a newbie modding...
I have some ideas but its just an idea, I want to work for it to be real in the game..,
If anyone is interested just post your interested then I'll post my ideas and hope you to work for it for me
