It depends on the context. It is commonly used in America at the end of a sentence after a comma, used as kind of an invitation for input from the person you are talking to, whereas Canadians use it kind of like slang that doesn't really mean anything. It is fairly acceptable to use eh in this case.

There are an insane amount of variables to think about while battling against other human players who know what they're doing: nature, evs/ivs, team balance, possible enemy movesets, your own movesets, breeding, chance calculation, pokemon abilities, billions upon billions of strategies, I could go on and on.

IIRC this usually happens to people using Intel HD Graphics, but you're using a 580.

Emulators are better suited for older consoles that either
1. can use some graphical and sound enhancements (such as N64 or Gamecube)
or
2. can be obtained much easier as opposed to searching (such as, say, original Gameboy games, PS1 games, etc)

The APP.log should be in your main FF7 directory unless you're using FF7Music. Please post in code tags by pressing the # on the website and then pasting.

5.1 doesn't work because I doubt it was even invented at the time. You will have to use the "speaker fill" option if you want to use 5.1, but there is absolutely no point to doing that.

That's the thing, since they share the same architecture you don't need more power than an actual ps1 because there is no translation going on. Unlike emulating a ps3 where you would have to turn its cell architecture into something your computer could understand.

Try clicking ctrl+alt+dlt while you're in game and going into the task manager. From there try setting the affinity of FF7 to all cores.
