Weird Colored Lines While Playing FF7

So I just installed FFVII, patched it with 1.02, Chocobo Patch, and The Reunion Patch.

When I start up the game, there are colored lines all over the place, they started out green, but in the next couple of scenes they were red.

Any idea what caused this/how to fix this?

I think about two things to try:
-Disable FSAA and Antisotropic filter at the options of the Garphics card.
-If the lines persist, use riva tunner (if you have a NVIDIA card, of course) to disable 8-bit pallete support.

since I'm not really sure how to go about step one, I'll just try step 2.  Yes I have Nvidia
