So it's the NPC-RC reenvisioned?  Also I tried running this and all my movies play upside down when they didn't before.

Is this project still on going? Or no?

I had the same question some time ago... after that i checked the first post by Ice Cold an saw this:
"As all of us on the team are busy now days. The chance of us getting this patch done is slim. So we need some people that can make model's.

What we looking for ?

(1) Model's that are like the ones we have done

(2) some that can make a min of 3 new model's"

Soo i gues we need new team to complete this Project

Couldn't some models just be retexured instead of making brand new ones?

Make textures for old LEGO models? :?
That will be funny

Old blocky models had NO textures at all.

Eh, I meant different textures for the new models. Some of the npcs are generic enough just to change their pants or shirt textures (if only I knew how  :-( ). The old heads look like they can be used (just resized) but if you can't change the textures on them then nevermind. If anyone's curious, I made a list of the models that haven't been done.

Since this project seems to be dead (hope it will arise like a "Phoenix" one day though  :-D), does anyone have the tutorial that was posted here?

Not bad, I tried doing the same thing but couldn't get the shadowing to look like that. Wasn't sure what I was doing wrong. As for the guy in the suit, make sure the RSD file for the head is referencing the textures. I don't know if Kimera saves those properly.

a while back ago i did young hojo, godo and a man model, i will post some screens later

@squallff8: try open the rsd file ( using notepad ) that goes with the head of the model and check whether it is associated with textures or not, should be something like NTEX=3
TEX[0]=xxxx.tim
TEX[1]=xxxx.tim
TEX[2]=xxxx.tim

are you the same guys who swapped all of the ingame models with battle models?  If so, see my thread entitled "graphics bug"

Can someone help me out? I keep getting errors when i open any hrc file..

And if i get them open, they look like this..

Also, still can't find the field .lgp..

as for shadowing, not sure as to how it works, But could you set it to a value of atleast 1? Aali is making a custom graphics driver and if lighting/shadowing is at 0 it messes with his driver (which is an amazing thing, you should check it out if you haven't already)

These errors mean that animation files can not be found..If you'll get these error ONCE,You must restart Kimera :evil: because next model that you'll load will be broken(as we see on the screenshot that you made).Kimera is not perfect program :|

I have the same version.
Some models(with many animations) makes these errors.And there is no way to avade them if you load next model.Only restart of Kimera will help

BTW,here some screens of Godo rebuilding:

As you can see,the color in original model is darker then in new one.
Can some body explain the eays way to copy colors/make the same colors :?
