Anyone on here heard of/played MUGEN?
It's basicly a make your own 2d fighting game.
You can dl characters from various websites and even make your own!
I just got back in this thing and am having a blast!

I played a Sonic the Hedgehog fighter made in Mugen. It kind of played like the fight at the end of Hidden Palace in Sonic 3&Knuckles, but completely unbalanced. Actually, the characters were made by different people without regard for each other, and then pasted together. It was sloppy.

Yeah, that's exactly the reason why I download them one by one.

To test how strong, how big, how small, and how crappy a character really looks.

Yeah, since it's not illegal to distribute people's creation over the internet if you have permission. (and the program is free)
The bittorrent is 100% legal.

I just finished dling a torrent with 200+ charcters.
If any of you guys want me to seed it just tell me.

Have you checked out OpenMugen?  Looks like a neat little project to hopefully bring online capabilities.
