FF9 Graphical Releases / Bug Report

Sending through the bug report option as well.  I haven't been able to find a similar report.

When fighting Grand Dragons, if you have Auto-Reflect (or the spell version) and it kills itself with Thundaga, the game locks and the characters just bounce in their idol animations with no UI and never going to the experience screen.  Simple enough, but thought it was funny.  Just use coral rings.

I keep getting this.  Have tried different folders, different disks, and I took my program files folder and subfolders off read only.  it's running as admin.  No idea what the problem is and searching the forum gives me nothing.  This is all on a fresh steam install.  Thank you for any assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.
