General Discussion / SceneRedux + New Threat. Coexist?

so I just spent about 40 minutes stealing the Hardege and I never want to go through that again.

SceneRedux claims to fix that, however, I am currently playing New Threat (Hardcore) and am wondering if this will cause conflict? (by the way, HOLY FRECK THOSE 3 SOLDIERS ENCOUNTER O.O;  )

Does anyone know? (and no, I dont want 100% steal rate, just not 40 min drag out fights with a mob that can take 50% of my health every hit)

So for some reason Chaos' mod pack Dynamic Weapons works perfectly fine, it will show whichever weapon I have equiped, but when I go into battle there will be no model at all.

The only sword models that work are the original Buster Sword and the Ultima Weapon. All other sword models are gone.

I know it is an issue with Mike's + Millenia Weapon Pack, using 7th Heaven. I have it at the highest spot in the priority list so it should override any/all other files.

Can anyone help?

Troubleshooting / Which Files are for the World Map?

Which files are the character models for the main characters when they are on the world map?

I did some touch ups on Cloud's model while he's running around (and it looks a lot better now) but when I go to the world map it reverts back to the rather bad looking model.

Been trying to figure out how to fix that.

Which files do I need to edit?

Cloud's Main Files - aaaa.hrc
Cloud's World Files - ??????

Troubleshooting / Highway Chase Error

[00032848] ERROR: failed to find file high/baaa.bin (LGP) (path: )

no highway chase scene. goes straight into the boss battle with everyone at 1 hp, and then we instantly die from the auto back attack at the start.


-update-

I've double and triple checked and I do have baaa.bin in my high-us.lgp. I also went ahead and made a high.lgp with the baaa.bin in there just incase. And I also put the baaaa.bin into the folder (data->minigame) by itself. It still will not load the file. What gives??

Does compression help/hurt/cause problems? I have not been compressing so far at all.

Hello! I have been modding my FF7 for the past few days, love 7th Heaven manager, and right now I am tweaking the order of the mods and such to try to get the final product I want.

There are maybe 4-5 mods right now that I want to try but I can't get them to load via 7th Heaven, using the Import function.

So basically I took a 3GB mod of the Texture's (they look amazing) and dumped them into their own folder like so: data -> field -> all the stuff
Then Imported "data" into 7th Heaven, thinking it would simply load those files in based on the mod list order. But it doesn't seem to be working.

How does this work? Does it work at all? Will it work in the future? If so, how long will that be?
