Title: ff8 window program doesnt work

so i just got ff8 but i cant seem to get it to work in windowed mode with ff8w.exe. it will launch but its just a black screen. im using windows 7 so im guessing that might be the problem, since it was made long before windows 7 came out :/

compatibility mode doesnt do anything and thats pretty much all i know to do lmao. any ideas?

Use the official 1.02 FF8.exe and Aali's driver.

also, is there anyway to stop the client from disabling alt/windows key? not that big of a deal but w/e

I've checked all over net and every single Aali's drivers link is broken.. Can that be helped?

edit: ok, found it
