Guess I need a some help (/me wants to make a german FAQ)

First of all: Excuse my bad English, unfortunatly I'm a German .___.

So... I thought it could be quiet nice to make a german FAQ/Compendium about twaking  and fixing the good ol' FF VII/PC. Many people are asking almost every day for "Reunion" or stuff like that, but it seems that their English is still more worse than mine. But there are some unsolved problems >__>
It would be really, really great if you guys could help me out >.<

Well, the first thing of course: The permission to use/upload the created files. So, if you're an author of one or more things we need (especially Patches), could you please post your permission in this thread ? This would help me to find out, which authors I should send a mail or things like that.

Maybe the biggest problem: I don't have FF VII for PC (and I would never use a "copy"). This means: I can't answer "typical" questions like:
"Ich habe keine nVidia-Karte, sondern eine ATi Radeon. Kann ich nur Software Rendering verwenden?" / Transl: "I don't have a nVidia Card, but a ATi Radeon insteed. Can I only use Software Rendering ?" Or "Wenn ich ein neues Spiel starte bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz und NICHTS passiert!!!! Das Spiel IST gepatcht!! Woran liegt es?" /  Transl: "After "new game", the Screen remains black and nothing happens ! The Game IS patched. Why does this happen ?"
Could someone answer please ? =(

Up to Number three... The things we need, like Tools, etc.
I guess some people might say "Just look in the Compilation of Programs-Thread, n00b." But IMO this is a good point to ask. Well, f.e. the NPC Reconstruction Project isn't in there.
So...
Which are the most important Patches, etc. ?
And, to make it a bit challenging for you guys, what's the "correct" way to install them ? This sounds stupid, I know, but I thought in a way like this:
* Install the Game (full)
* Install Patch 1.2
* Install the Chocobo Patch
> Test the Game
* Install XYZ (f.e. Reunion, High Res, whatever)
> Test
Oh, one Thing: Are there (let's call it) tweaks, who damage each other or stuff like that ?

And the last one (for now ): What tweaks are not "final" ? F.e. the 32bit Color Patch seems to be a bit buggy (well, of course, it's a Beta). I would like to know what kind of bugs there could happen o.o*

If you were not giving examples, and really looked for an answer, here it is:

"I don't have a nVidia Card, but a ATi Radeon insteed. Can I only use Software Rendering ?"

You can use Direct3D mode, as long as your card's driver doesn't support 8-bit palletted textures.

"After "new game", the Screen remains black and nothing happens ! The Game IS patched. Why does this happen ?"

TrueMotion2.0 codec/filter isn't installed properly (check our F.A.Q.)

And your order of installing patches is correct.

So, I just wrote a bunch of mails to everyone, who created one or more great things (at least, I hope everyone)

Here's a list:
Dreakon - Cloud-High-Res *check
ice_cold513 - NPC-Reconstruction
Elentor - Hardcore Mode Patch *check
The SaiNt - Higher Resolution *check
Ficedula - LGP Tools, Cosmo, etc *check
Reunion - Battle > Field
Jedwin - Chocobo Patch *check

If you made or know a useful thing I forgot: Please tell me.
(Please remember: The easy stuff, because I guess there won't be many hardcore HEX-Freaks, etc.)

ATM I'm writing some Points for the FAQ, especially abput the True Motion codec.
These two questions were examples for the ~5 questions each day, but most of them can be answered with "Install the Chocobo-Patch"
