The price for land is super super cheap ($40,000-$60,000) even the "mansions" you linked where not that expensive... $2mil for lakefront 1.2 acre property is sweet! Why are they giving it away for so little? that happens to also be the most expensive one!
Wow, for the SAT, Louisiana has a participation rate of 7, math average of 567, critical reading average of 569, and a writing average of 563. This ain't so bad. How can I get my hands on more statistical information such as this?I think that's pretty low considering the participation rate =/

On that same note, I will take your bet. Alabama has always ranked slightly higher then NY in the SAT department. But the particapation in those exams by Alabama is only 9% as N.Y is 89%.
There are exceptions to this rule. But it is on a per case basis. As NY is one of the the Highest in the country we are recognized everywhere.That is uncalled for mako.

I am incompatible with any society that treats women as less then 2nd class citizen. Less then animals in-fact. Woman can be traded (By there father usually) for land, food, or even money. Then you are forced to walk around with a quilt over your entire body all day =/. Im my opinion they are treated worse then black slaves were in the late 1800's.

Looks like someone is annoyed that common sense is prevailing.It is to bad it's not in your favor.
Not hard to work it out either that a super boss will require a ton of grinding. Nemesis hardly required any. It did require optimisations, equipment optimisations, and to finish the side quests.A beginner would not know to optimise for a boss he or she did not meet yet. Even if they did it would require a whole replacement of the sphere grid to do so. This does not help with the side quests though.
If you don;t want to actually, you know, play the game, then don't complain when the game doesn't want to play you.

didn't need to get anywhere near filling it to beat nemesis.A mostly maxed out player is still needed, but this is invalid. As it still requires a grind.

In stead your argument can be summed up with a few words "No it's not".MGS1,2 and BOF3 had a better difficulty based around a more puzzle testing ability.Agreed, though I do not remember much puzzles in BoF3...but that doesn't have much to do with my rank of FFX being harder then other games in the series. +2 points for being on topic.
