I have the world textures as well and that also works just fine.. I'm honestly leaning to bootleg as the issue with the new driver. bootleg is probably pretty sensitive to major changes in the driver

Either the convertor or Bootleg is the problem. I have reunion and it's displaying fine for me, I don't however have Grimmys magic patch, which is what i believe is those textures.

I found one that changes it for the Steam version but it doesn't detect my 1998 version for whatever reason..

I know i can change it when i start my game but jesus is that annoying haha.

I happened to have used all three, Palemoon wins out by far, It is optimized to be used on modern (SSE2 and up) CPU's, comes in 32-bit and 64-bit flavors, I use the 64-bit admittedly because i find 32-bit needs to die as far as browsing goes, I know 64-bit doesn't really provide anything additional. But it's time to move forward (can't even get a 32-bit windows 8 i don't think)

i don't use to many addons, HTTPS anywhere, Greasemonkey (Youtube HD script :D), Adblock, and omnibar. So no idea how compatibility is, But I'm fairly certain that it'll be fine.

Didn't DLPB include your models in reunion? What would be the need to create an additional pack?

Do we even want to support the 2013 release? Square had taken community work and repackaged it without giving the slightest bit of credit. Do we really want to give them a free pass to taken even more stuff?

What did they take? I know there was a music update, Did they steal a remaster from here?

I can get Roses and Wine working for steam too in time.  There is one difference according to Covarr.  The steam version uses individual FMVs and they are upscaled to 1280*896. The original has both 240 and 480p versions of the FMV in 1 archive.  So that is one big plus at least.

But they are upscaled right? Not redone?

I'd say take a gander at Advent children Complete. I personally think they did a good job keeping Reno's character intact.

My two cents, wouldn't the Canadian be more of an ay (think The Fonz) rather then eh? i always though of eh making a short E sound. So Reno saying Eh would be fairly accurate. "Eh.. What do you mean Rude?" for example or "eh! you're stepping on the flowers" i think it is very American to use "eh" in the beginning of a sentence. So i think you just have it backwords.

I do agree with Covarr about pft, and tch.

Not sure if my advice is worth anything. But hey, cant hurt :P

Hey guys, is anyone here aware of how I can extract, modify, than replace the 2D elements of FFX? I ask not to replace them with high res replacements (though I wish I could) but anyone who plays pcsx2 knows that the gui has some serious scaling issues. And I'm hoping simply moving some objects on the textures a few pixels over will solve it.

I've never had an issue using the two, What i've always done is install the TA mod. Than i install MO and overwrite all the TA stuff with MO stuff.
than point Aalo's driver to the TA folder. and bam. they both work.

Quick question, I know Kaldarasha has been working on a mod that allows clouds field models to change with the weapon he has equipped at the time. Will this be compatible? Because i think that feature would really tie a nice pretty bow on FF7 once completed :D

Cool, I'll be looking forward to seeing your explanation. Personally, I'm even more blind because I don't have a PC version of the game. Perhaps it'll be worth writing a stickied procedure about this.

I'd be willing to donate a copy of the rerelease for you to us, You'll have to convert it using Kranmers patch but thats straight forward, And if it'll help you work on your models, i am definitely game
