Just wanting to know firstly who made the mod's shown in this video

and how I would go about getting the Safer Sephiroth one shown at 2min 32sec.

That's the work of Kula Wende to my eyes. As he is banned from this community you will probably have a hard time getting your hands on this stuff. The download link to his site is down, maybe try find out who actually made the models as Kula was accused of stealing them.

That would be namespoofer's channel.  But Nero is the one who did the model

Yes I saw the name Nero in the comments of that youtube video do either of you know how I can get that Safer Sephiroth mod, Have been scouring the net and found the Kula Wend ac download however the Safer is not part of it (make a save at the end of game to test it) only after the Safer Mod nothing else really if you guys could steer me where I can get my hands on this from the original creator that would be fantastic and really appreciated.
