Hi, though I am not the neat CG designer but I made some work on axja.hrc (Tifa Dressed in char.lgp).

Tifa in vanilla char.lgp file axja.hrc wears the decorated waist chain belt, but in the Reunion patch she has not it just wears sexy dress only.
So I added the decoration to her waist.

Hope Reunion work not to be missing good parts in vanilla files.

One more  trifle thing, maybe Tifa on "wagon"  in djid.hrc of char.lgp would be changed according to this new Tifa dressed.

I downloaded tonberry tool v1.6+2.04 and visual C++ x86 though my PC already has Visual C++ x64.

Talking about Crash matter you suggested, I already got with battle.lgp which has ALL ENHANCED background scenes by Felix Leonhart's 206 files, magochokobo's and BombingMission+Bloodshot(png)'s.
After loading the STAGE10, the game got frozen!! The battele.lgp was over 2GB.
Maybe this freeze caused by the PC memory size issue I guess.

So I wonder that I have to compromise between lgp file size and scene quality.
With tonberry tool, I will spend time to try to find the way of non-crash quality field scene.

No, the PNGs aren't converted back into the flevel.lgp. The PNGs are used directly with Aali's Driver. The whole process is shown here: http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=11933.0

Oh my god !!
I always have to copy Omzy's splendid files into mod pass with Aali's Driver!! and there is no way to make his files pack back into single lgp.
Oh.

Thinking of battle.lgp as well as world.lgp, there is always tex file cleary discriminated by the spread sheet and Image2TEX or  Iros tool helps to make a file ready to be packed into lgp from png file enhanced by this forum guys.
But as far as you know, field enhanced pngs must be used only with Aali's Driver!!

Oh sigh!!  Could wiz guy find the way these "dramatically enhanced" field scene to back into lgp file ?

then for example, in Omzy's archive, there are nmkin_1 , nmkin_2 nmkin_3 nmkin_4 and nmkin_5 folders.
Now I can know they are  nmkin_1  "Bombing reactor 5 entrance" , nmkin_2 , nmkin_3 , nmkin_4 and nmkin_5 in the spread sheet.

OK. So far so good ? Am I understanding correctly ?


nmkin_1 folder in In Omzy's archive contains five png files;

nmkin_1_00_00.png
nmkin_1_01_00.png
nmkin_1_02_00.png
nmkin_1_03_00.png
nmkin_1_15_00.png


So I have to know how to pack 5 png files into one nmkin_1 file in flevel.lgp not in char.lgp.
Would you recommend one tool for me to do this packing EQ2Alyza ?

I am very impressed at Omzy's work and wonder that I could pack these png files back into lgp file, i.e. char.lgp.

Then I need the spread sheet showing which png file is which file name in char.lgp file.

Could anyone show me the spread sheet of this field png files?

Thanks for your quick reply EQ2Alyza.
I am always very impressed with your work on this forum, and enjoying your field textures enhanced.

I got the original texture from AC mod files and I by myself changed their colors in the textures to make them uniform with the vanilla ones. Also, made their animation files the same as the vanillas'.

I made my little effort to investigate how the Shinra Troopers and their clones are.
12 kinds of them in battle scene are made for the game. They are;
aqaa, ciaa, dqaa, graa, jpaa , jqaa, jraa, obaa, ocaa, odaa, oeaa and ofaa.

As I chose the one blow for esab.hrc of field model, I wonder that their shapes should be uniform with the field models'.



Now I would like to ask this forum guys what do you think of these ?

Bootleg !! very good tool !! I love this.

As I learned Japanese for some years and know KANJI letters, I recognized Shinra Logo on grey submarine's right rear fin (ddd.hrc in world.lgp)is not shown correctly actually IT IS MIRRORED.

So here's the corrected files I did ( adding some texture files for correction and changed submarine color to its name;

I noticed that in STAGE10, the Shinra Logo on the floor IS NOT shown correctly , upper half of it was CUT and replaced by lower half attatched to its lower half.
I tried to correct this. and here's the result.

All I did are;

1 Open oqaa with Kimera.
2 Make oqam half leavinng -z side along with x axis.
3 save it as oqak.
4 make mirror image of oqam which is already cut half.
5 save it as oqal.
6 make texture oqac normal with Shinra Logo using Photoshop or some other image making software,
5 save it as oqac with Image2TEX.
6 copy "mirrored" upper half of Shinra Logo to the same position of the picture STEP6.
7 save it as oqah with Image2TEX.
8 Now re-open oqaa with Kimera.
9 Click oqam and add oqak. Remove oqam(we dont need it anymore. Don't worry it will be made again in Kimera).
10 Make sure texture is displayed correctly on oqak.
11. Add oqal(mirrored oqak) to the bone of oqak added in STEP 9.
12. Add texture to oqal and save the model oqaa.
    This saving action eliminates the crash problem of Kimera in my case.
13. Re-open oqaa and click oqam (it was united from oqak and oral in step12).
14 Add texture oqah (with mirrored upper half of Sinra Logo).
15. Set Texture ID to 5 in Group 1 Texture Property of oqam with Kimera.
15 All is OK ? you can see the whole Sinra Logo displayed correctly?
16 Save oqaa. Done

Now this gives me the head ache....


Hi, I am not the kind of NEAT CG Designer but tried to find out the source of this problem.
The original osaa-osau using Kimere shows the same result;



I foud that there IS two points that cause this problem;

1. Texture "0" transparent zone which resides in two places horizontally in "osac".
    The picture under the second transparent zone should be shifted by 2 pix downward.
2. Center line of rail IS shifted ; The rail is the top long horizontal line in "osac" but mirrored in game.

I have the same problem here with the temple of the ancients. It's weird... a long ago the texture was fine. Any help please? There's something I can do? I've tried everything with the texture and the cache. I have the old one version of the game.

By the way, Im looking for some textures to reemplace the old elm01_00.png and elm02_00.png and some roofs of the worldmap. What do you think? (I made some fixes)

To get sound from TV, before Windows starts you have to hook up PC with TV through HDMI cable.
Then start PC.
Following control panel- Hardware and Sound - Sound, you will see HDMI device displayed on Playback TAB.
Selecting it, crick "SET Default" button.
You will get sound from TV through HDMI cable, I hope.
